This blog is about my adventure as a Marine. It all began after returning home from New York state after attending a music festival. Some of you might remember Woodstock. Most of us that were there have recollections. What awaited me was an envelope from the draft board. To make a long story short I was drafted into the Marines and off to boot camp. My final duty station was Quantico, VA. teaching 2nd luietenants Infantry training. This is the short story, the long one rarly gets out.
